Business Networking Breakfast: Thursday, 10 December 2015: SPEAKER: Pieter-Dirk Uys; TOPIC: No One’s Died Laughing

PDU with Evita curout 1 - large

Pieter-Dirk Uys has been in the theatre since the mid-1960s and has written and  performed 20 plays and over 30 revues and one-man shows throughout SA and  overseas.  He writes, directs, acts, produces, makes dresses and wears them!  Having  survived the mediocrity of apartheid kultuur, it is his therapy and joy to expose the  bones of that dinosaur for the entertainment of democratic audiences.

He has been unemployed since 1975 and has been working ever since (www.pdu.co.za)  and celebrated his 70th birthday recently and has plans for the future.
