Through the Youth 100 Project, we annually identify 100 disadvantaged School Leavers with above average Grade 12 results that urgently need Sponsorship (donations) to further their studies. This sponsorship will allow them to obtain a nationally recognized qualification in their chosen fields of study.
Chaplin PR is actively recruiting corporates to sponsor between R1000 and R15 000 per annum towards the identified students 50% of the course fees. HC Varsity will sponsor the other 50% of the course fees for those Youth who have been identified through the Foundation’s skills development programme or have been selected by the SAUF.
As a corporate, your sponsorship (donation) will be allocated towards paying the 50% value of the course fee. Full qualification certificates average +- R30 000 per annum and include all study material and examination fees.
The SA Ubuntu Foundation will issue your company with an 18A tax deductible donation receipt and you will also be eligible for SED points on your BEE scorecard. IN THE SPIRIT OF UBUNTU, CHAPLIN PR HAS JOINED FORCES WITH THE SA UBUNTU FOUNDATION (SAUF), THE AMY BIELH FOUNDATION AND HC VARSITY TO ASSIST THOSE LESS FORTUNATE SCHOOL LEAVERS IN ACHIEVING THEIR DREAMS OF FURTHERING THEIR EDUCATION.
Through the YOUTH 100 Project our goal is to assist those less fortunate school leavers in furthering their education and to ignite the potential in all students to becoming leading professionals in their chosen fields
By partnering with corporates, our aim is to annually enable 100 disadvantaged Youths in the Cape Town Metropolitan area with above average Grade 12 results to study further and obtain a one year full qualification certificate.
Through the network of corporates, our objective is to pursue experiential learning opportunities and internships for these students who could in turn one day become potential employees
Who will benefit
Those individuals from disadvantaged areas will be identified and selected as candidates whom we feel will benefit from a one year full qualification certificate. The study areas identified that will currently add the greatest value to the students are: Business Management, Finance Management, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Public Relations, Office Administration, Educare, Computer Technical Support (incl.
