Rationale

The knowledge base underlying effective leadership, learning, business practice, and models of change continues to multiply annually.  This two-part initiative enables leaders in South Africa’s major businesses and institutions to keep themselves and their employees abreast of these developments by engaging with top-level presenters in stimulating presentations and workshop formats.
