Comments:
"Hilda’s talk about rebuilding relations and overcoming prejudice reminded me of the powerful play by Mike van Graan that is showing at Artscape at present. It creates a brilliant, sensitive, very concentrated picture of the realities of history, fear, prejudice, friendship, disempowerment, genuine concern, violence and love among people from different population groups. (One needs to understand some Afrikaans, but the play and the acting is so strong, that I think it will also work for people who are not fully at home in Afrikaans.) Though it is not light entertainment, it is not too “heavy”. I hope you will all be able to go – and will tell friends. I think members of most of the Ubuntu Foundation are likely to be interested." -Truida “I would like to say thank you for the invite to the breakfast on Friday. I really enjoyed the networking opportunity and realizing the magnitude of your efforts. Once again thanks.” Melikaya Ntshingwa, Marquette University SA Service Learning Programme
"Thanks a lot for the opportunity to meet such great people this morning!" - Ms Phumelele Siphayi
