Dr David Molapo, Management Consultant, Educationalist and renowned Motivational Speaker, has a unique ability to mesmerize any audience with his message of hope, providing them with the confidence and tools to change their lives and those of the people around them. He is also the host of the I CAN PROGRAM on TBN AFRICA. 

At the age of thirteen, David was imprisoned for political activities. He believes that "We are no longer prisoners of our past, but we are pioneers of our future”. He was educated in both South Africa and the United States where he obtained a Bachelor of Science, Masters in Education and a Doctorate in Religious Education. In 1994 David became a finalist for the Junior Chamber International Award of Ten Outstanding Young People of the World and in 1995 appeared on the Who’s Who of Southern Africa.

He has earned the Rotary International and Paul Harris Award, in  l999, he was awarded the prestigious PMR Silver Arrow Award as Best in Motivational, Incentive & Business Consulting as well as the African Bank Award for Exceptional Contribution to the South African Community, the Gauteng Association of Local Authorities (GALA) bestowed upon him the Bridge Builder Award. In 2004 he received the Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership award for outstanding service to his community, State and Industry through communication and leadership.

He became the first black Chairperson of National Institute of Crime and the Rehabilitation of Offenders (NICRO). He has held various directorships with companies such as Dimension Data, Imperial Logistics, KATANGA Properties and Excellerate Holdings.  He also served as Chairman of Transformation for SAA. In 2007 David was appointed to the Board of Clientele Life and is currently the Chairman of the I CAN GROUP. 

He is also the author of the books I Can Counsel, Ten Exciting Keys to Success, If You Are Not Growing You Are Dying, It Takes Two To Tango and his recent release Choose To Change.

This year in 2013 Dr David Molapo became the President of the John Maxwell Company in Africa.
