Parking is available in the Pleinpark Parkade which is next to the hotel. Delegates are advised to park from the “I”-level up as this is the “casual parking” facility. Guests should bring the plastic card(token) that they are issued with on entering the Parkade with them, as they will be required to swipe this card to gain access to the lifts, located in the Parkade. Delegates then take the elevator to the ground floor of the building, where they access the conference centre from the lobby area. Hotel parking is limited and is therefore subjected to availability on the day of the event. At no point can we reserve parking for your specified events.

Complete all your information and submit
You will receive a confirmation and username and password
Hereafter you simply need to register for each event you want to attend.

To register for a breakfast or event

Sign in with your username and password
Click on the event you want to attend
Click on “register” and “finish”
Once you receive your invoice, you have been confirmed for the event.
